What's Included in a GPI Home Inspection?
Roof & Attic
GPI inspectors walk your roof to identify issues like warped shingles or worn flashings, and attics are checked for signs of water intrusion and wildlife.
Plumbing
All plumbing fixtures are evaluated for proper draining and signs of leaks. Your inspector also checks the hot/cold water supplies.
Electrical
